MC Investment Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we", "us" or "our"), the operator of ReLi and T-Life Webstore, respects your concern for privacy and attaches importance to our relationship with you.

When you visit the web store (hereinafter referred to as "the Store") established by us and authorized by our SaaS service provider SHOPLINE (hereinafter referred to as "SHOPLINE"), we may collect, process, utilize personal information about you (including your employees and/or representatives, staff handling affairs on your behalf). If you visit or make purchases on the Store, we may also collect, process, utilize your personal information. We are fully aware of the importance of personal information to you, and are committed to ensuring the integrity and security of the Store. What we collect

You voluntarily provide your personal information to us, but if you do not provide your personal information, you may not be able to receive certain services and promotional activities.

Why we collect your personal information

Store collects personal information for the specific purposes of providing goods or services to you, including but not limited to providing: (1) consumer, customer management and services; (2) consumer protection; (3) online shopping and other e-commerce services; (4) verifying your personal identity (such as to protect you from fraud and other criminal acts); (5) resolving various types of disputes (including but not limited to consumer disputes, intellectual property disputes, etc.); (6) enhancing secure transaction behavior; (7) collecting debts; (8) notifying you of business opportunities, products, services and updates; (9) detecting and protecting you and the Store from errors, frauds or other criminal acts, and monitoring regulatory compliance risks; (10) investigating potential illegal acts against personal safety, property safety and defaults; (11) fulfilling terms and conditions and return/refund policies; (12) acts required by laws and regulations; and (13) other purposes for which you consented at the time of collection.

How we use personal information

We may use the information you provide for the following purposes:

We may also use this information in other ways when we collect the information

If you provide us with your personal information, we intend to use it for direct marketing purposes to provide or promote the availability of our goods and/or services. However, we will confirm you did not opt out of receiving such marketing messages during the first time we send you a marketing message; if you do not wish, you can express your wish during the first acceptance of marketing messages, or opt out at any time from receiving marketing messages.

If you have explicitly consented to such uses by providing such information to us, we may use the various types of personal information as listed in the "The information you provide" section above for direct marketing purposes.

Direct marketing communications may be sent to you through various channels including telephone, postal mail, email, SMS, mobile apps, web apps, social media stores and other means of communication. If consent was already obtained, your personal data provided in the form, or provided when consenting to the above subscription, will also be used for this marketing purpose. How we use "Cookies" and other similar tracking technologies
1) What are "Cookies"

A cookie is a small text file that is stored on your computer, mobile phone or any other smart terminal device by a website you visit. A cookie typically contains the site name, and some digits and characters. When you revisit the site, the site can identify your browser using the cookie. Cookies may store user preferences and other information.

2) How we use "Cookies"

When you use our Store, we may collect information related to your device model, operating system, device identifiers and login IP addresses by Cookies or similar technologies, and cache your browsing and click information to view your network environment. Cookies allow us to identify you when you visit the Store, continuously optimize the user-friendliness of the Store, and adjust the Store according to your needs. You can also change the settings of your browser so that your browser does not accept the cookies from our Store, but this may affect your use of some functions of the Store.

In the Store established in SHOPLINE, with the help of Cookies and other similar technologies, we can identify whether you are our existing user or member without re-logging in and identity verification on every page.

On the Store, you can delete existing tracking technologies by clearing the cache.

When you browse web pages as an unregistered user, we will collect Cookies necessary to implement browsing functionality and provide relevant services to you.

Please note that if you refuse to use or delete existing tracking technologies, you will need to manually change user settings each time you visit, and we may not be able to provide an optimal user experience, and some functions may not work properly.

How we process, share, transfer and disclose personal information
1) Processing and usage

Certain functions of the Store may be provided by our third-party partners, we may entrust partners to process some of your personal information. For example, when you use the automatic payment function, we may request third-party payment companies to process your credit card information for us to charge you according to your instructions; when using SHOPLINE payment, we may request third-party service providers to process your and your customer's personal information, which can facilitate "Understanding Your Customer" and transaction monitoring and risk management.   • Related to fulfilling our obligations under laws and regulations;
  • Directly related to national security, national defense;
  • Directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;
  • Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution;
  • For the major legal interests of protecting your or anyone else's life, property, etc., but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
  • The personal information involved has been disclosed to the public by you;
  • The personal information involved is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information.
  • With SHOPLINE and SHOPLINE's subsidiaries: To provide SHOPLINE products and services to you, make recommendations you may be interested in, resolve account issues, protect the personal and property safety of our subsidiaries or other users or the public, you acknowledge and agree that we can share your and your customer's personal information with our subsidiaries. We will only share personal information within necessary scope, and subject to the purposes stipulated in this Privacy Policy. If we share sensitive personal information or our affiliates use and process personal information for different purposes, we will seek your authorization and consent again.
  • With our third-party partners: We will only share personal information for lawful, fair, necessary, concrete and explicit purposes, and will only share the personal information necessary for providing relevant services to you or your customers. We will not share personal information that can identify your identity unless otherwise required by laws or regulations. Generally, these third-party partners are also data controllers, and will handle personal information in their own account upon obtaining your consent. Such partners may have their own separate privacy policies and user agreements.

This may include using third-party marketing apps to collect information about buyer activities on your Store. We will only share personal information to third parties to the extent necessary to provide relevant services to you or your customers. Third-party partners are also data controllers and will process personal information separately according to their own privacy policies and user agreements.

In addition, when we use the Store, we may use third-party features or services (including Apps Store, payment gateways or logistics service providers' apps).   • Directly related to national security, national defense;
  • Directly related to public security, public health and major public interests;
  • Directly related to criminal investigation, prosecution, trial and execution;
  • For the major legal interests of protecting your or anyone else's life, property, etc., but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person;
  • The personal information involved has been disclosed to the public by you;
  • The personal information involved is collected from legally and publicly disclosed information;
  • In the event of changes in the operating entity due to acquisitions, mergers, restructuring or bankruptcy.

Note: If due to the above reasons transfer is needed, we will notify you of the purpose and type of information and the transferee (if involving sensitive information) in advance of the transfer, and obtain your consent unless otherwise required by laws or regulations. The transferee will continue to perform personal information-related obligations under this Agreement. If we go bankrupt or cease operations without a transferee, we will delete or anonymize your personal information.

4) Public disclosure

In principle, we will not disclose your personal information to the public or undefined groups, but we may disclose your personal information in accordance with our agreement with you or applicable laws and regulations.

Minors

This Store is not applicable to individuals under 18 years of age. We will not intentionally collect personal information of children. If you are a parent or guardian, and believe your child has provided personal information to us, please contact us through the above address to request deletion.

Your Rights and Choices

For personal information we collect from you, we provide you with certain choices, such as how we use this information and how we communicate with you. To update your preferences, request that we remove your information from our mailing list or submit a request, please contact us following the instructions below.

When you use our mobile apps, you may be requested to provide your geolocation through that mobile app. You can choose not to share detailed geolocation information by adjusting the location service settings on your mobile device. To decline sharing your detailed geolocation information, please change the related settings according to instructions on your mobile device; otherwise, please contact your service provider or device manufacturer.

Withdrawal of consent

You can withdraw any consent previously provided to us, or object at any time on legitimate grounds to the processing of your personal information. We will apply your preferences going forward. In some cases, withdrawing your consent for our use or disclosure of your personal information will mean you cannot take advantage of some of our products or services.

View, update and modify personal information

We may retain and use your information as necessary to fulfill the above purposes. You have the right to request access to and receive details of the personal information we maintain about you, update and correct inaccuracies in your personal data records, and discretionarily prevent or delete such information. In some cases, the right of access to personal information may be limited by local legal requirements.
